Haute Factor: James Jeans

Published by hauteness at 2:23 pm under Uncategorized Edit This

These days jeans are alleged to be the one wardrobe essential must-have. I’m of the humble opinion that people use jeans a little TOO much – more like a crutch than a staple. Even so, I love a great fitting jean. That’s the key: the fit!

Popular brands like Seven For All Mankind , Paige Denim and True Religion are great, but not for everyone. I, personally, am quite curvy, Rubenesque if you will. So Seven jeans stopped accentuating my positives a while ago. But then I found JAMES JEANS! All caps because I want to scream it from the peaks of every mountain.

L.A. clothing designer Seun Lim created James Jeans slimming by eschewing trendy top stitching and concentrating on the manipulation of subtle details to present a leaner, meaner silhouette. All styles feature designer Seun Lim’s signature slash-corner pockets and strategic fading that lengthen the leg, lift the butt, and make you look slimmer and trimmer in comfort.

What does that mean for you? Those jeans fit near PERFECTLY and a perfect fit is haute. They’re pricey – but when you consider the quality and that they will stay true to the way you bought them: you get what you pay for. Cheap jeans may be cute for a night, but wash em once – and they’re dead. Learn from my mistakes and invest in your style!

A couple of weeks ago I purchased the below style and <3 them.

Some celebs that swear by James Jeans also are: Jennifer Lopez, Brittany Murphy and Jessica Simpson (2 out of 3 are known to have mucho curve factor)

Added bonus: T400 technology. If you don’t know about it – read up on it. In a nutshell it’s the answer to providing stretch without sacrificing quality and design!

A few more styles featuring T400 that are pretty haute!
