Still Alive
I feel guilty. Really guilty. I haven’t posted here in weeks! And that’s not right. Well, to be exact - it’s been about two and a half weeks. And if I were to be fair to myself I know it’s been two and a half weeks exactly since I was emancipated and began the new gig at The Big Studio. But I feel guilty nonetheless.
Here’s the thing: The Big Studio, and life in general, has been kicking my arse! Seriously!! A grown up job? And grown up problems/situations?? Ay Dios Mio! That’s all I can say. But don’t worry. I haven’t been out here living life to the fullest simply neglecting to share it with you. Life as a whole has been on indefinite pause.
Well… Okay, maybe not “as a whole.” You’ve only missed a brunch at Campanile with Kendra (and conversation about the state of dating for women our age), one bachelorette party that brought a huge question to the forefront for me, one Kiss N Grind party where I actually ground myself right into a mini makeout session and…that’s about it! Oh, and I spent last weekend trying to develop quality content for my NEW E-Zine Style Blog. So look out for new posts on all of the above SOON!
I promise!
Until then, here’s a little trinket to express exactly what I have been telling myself to get me through these weeks, days, hours, minutes, seconds…

Glad to see you are back! Can’t wait for all the hilarious and interesting tales. I couldn’t have said it better, “you will survive!”
Cheers to you!
Just so you know…I literally just cried…I needed that song. Cheers to us both for making positive changes…even though sometimes its scary and overwhelming!
lol u should feel guilty
have a great weekend folk
Being a grown up is no joke is it? I long for the easier days of high school with no bills and only homework and practice to be concerned with.
Anyways, the first month - three months of the job are usually the hardest. It gets a bit easier every day.
Hang in there fellow LA resident!
oh boy did i need that song! Dont overwork yourself chica we need ya in the world!
I figured the new job was at least partly responsible for your silence. Good luck and nice to see you back!
You made it onto the Lot… Congrats!!

Congrats on making the big move. Keep your sanity and don’t let them work you to death
Don’t worry we all get times where we can’t blog. I couldn’t do much either when I went to London.
Yeah real life gets in the way a lot for me. So I forgive ya. lol.
Is there a way to become a content writer for the site?
